3. Refund Eligibility

- duplicate payments
- technical access issues that cannot be resolved
- accidental purchases reported within a reasonable period
- exceptional circumstances reviewed on a case-by-case basis
Refunds are not normally provided for:
- completed or substantially accessed courses
- change of mind after course access
- failure to complete the course
